Pittsburgh: Postdoc Position in Theoretical Condensed Matter and Cold Atom Physics

We invite applications for a postdoctoral appointment. The area is broadly defined in the theory of quantum matter. Preference will be given to those interested in the interface of Cold Atom, Condensed Matter, and Particle Physics. The candidate should have a strong background or future interest in many body physics and field theoretical methods. The position can start September in every academic year or earlier. The appointment is expected renewable to a third year, subject to funding availability and mutual agreement. The position is funded by continuing and new federal grants together with new support initiatives from the Dean’s office and the University’s Office of Research.

Applicants should submit a statement of research interest, a CV, and a list of publications and arrange for three letters of reference to be sent by email to Professor W.
